I don't know how to answer this question . Please help if you have did it before.

1.Legally allowed to live in other country

Before these question, i need to fill my country of citizenship,do have have other country's passport.
Shouls i answer "yes" since i can live in canada


2. Copy of Passport
Include copies of the pages with your photo, name, date of birth, citizenship, passport number, issue and expiry date, and all entries made by Canadian authorities.

My question is do i need to include pages from my old passport that has entries made by canadian authorities. Or i only need to submit pages on my current passport ?

Yes, you need to include copies of your previous passport if it has any entries made by canadian authorities.
