You can apply for your Canada Study Permit for yourself; you do not need to pay someone else to do that for you.  You CANNOT submit your application via the Internet.  You MUST submit your application the Canadian Consular /Visa Office responsible for the country where you live in, thus, Lagos.

I think Nigerians will deserve an apology for your statement about"fraudulent agent in Nigeria".This is an international website and you should mind the way you use your tongue.If you want to apply for a study permit just walk to the CDHC on the island and ask your questions instead of painting Nigerian black to the world.
