Despite i have sent complete documents to New Delhi, on line status shows  'application received'.  I had sent all documents in Nov 2011. Isn't it time for writing minimum   "Received by visa office"   or at most   " In Process".

Your post is a little confusing...or maybe I am missing something.

1. You sent COMPLETE docs to New Delhi - only a Pre Jun 2010 applicant can do this.....are you?

and then you write

2. You had sent all docs in NOV, 2011 (Where?) - Only a Post Jun 2010 applicant can do this......Cannot comprehend this!!!!

Btw, RBVO comes before In process and not vice a versa.

If you could clarify a little more then members could help you appropriately.

Sorry, My writing was unclear. Let me explain now...
 First i applied to nova Scotia on April 2010. Then, I sent complete document to visa office New Delhi on Nov 2010. But my status shows only "Application Received". I believe it's time to show "received by visa office" or "in process". Will u please help me. I inquired with office but I didn't get any reply. Help me what to do .. It's because of that I want to apply again.
