On-Line Receipt Payer Information

Hi ALl,
I have just printed out the online receipt and need to fill in the Payer Information bit by hand - my question is as follows:
Should I fill it in with the address that is associated with my credit card (I paid using my Canadian Credit Card and the address with it is my parents home)
Or should I fill it out with the address I am currently residing at - which is abroad - as we are doing and outland application.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
