Ok, Could someone clarify what info needs to be entered on the receipt after paying the Fees online?

Whose name should we enter? Mine (the Sponsor's) or my wife's (the Applicant). We used My credit card to make the payment, so does that mean then that it's my name that goes in there?

There's also a space for  "Client ID", which I don't know or have... do I leave that blank?

Any other advice regarding the Receipt?

Appreciate it.

Sponsor's name and address if you are the one who paid.  Leave client ID blank.  It's a generic receipt used for all kinds of applications.

If the Applicant pays, do you fill in their info?

That's what I was wondering. I would assume that the name of the person making the payment goes there, but it's my assumption....

But thanks, rjessome.
