ONLINE PAYMENT QUESTION Please help

Hi I will send my family class application tomorrow but I wanna make sure about 2things. First: we paid the fee with my wides credit card online and she is sponsoring me.we print two copy of payment on the copy it's say put client I'D number! Should we put my wife I'd number there since she is the payer. Second is: we will mail the application from new York,should we still put on envelop my wife's Canada adress?  Thank you for help everybody

I suggest you make its specific like label it as Sponsor's Client ID number. But it depends on what Client ID# you have written on your application.

I got the that idea when CIC sent me a letter and label my Client ID number as Principal Appliant Client's ID# and which is correct because I am the principal applicant and my partner who is the sponsor have no client ID number. And it is my Client ID number we used in my application.

1) A client ID number is optional so if you or your wife don't have one you dont need to include it (see item #4 under "Fee Payment" here).
2) Write the address that you normally use for correspondence. If your wife resides in Canada and expects to hear communications by mail at that address, use that one.

The sponsor is responsable for the application, so her address should be used for communication. Since you are the applicant, you should use your client ID#.

So on the payment form: your Client ID#, your name, your contact address. On the envelope: your wife's address.
