online payment of immigration fees and sponsorship

This is what i am looking at:

490- right of permanent residence fee
75- sponsorship application
475-  principal applicant

Its an outland app.  but when i click on  i will send the app. to mississauga for processing, the online payment opens saying " applications for persons living in canada"  is this ok? 

My wife is in japan and I have her completed outland app.  papers here.

Yes you are right.
You pay the fee online and attach the receipt for to CPC Miss with your sponsor/her PR forms.
