ONLINE FEES PAYMANET

Hello everyone!!
I am urgently need help with this online payment process. I am in the final stage of sending my spouse sponsorship in Missasauga, lastweek friday i visited CIC website to findout how i can pay all the fees, i came to findout there was online payment, i read through the procedures as what to do, i create and account under my email address, and tried 3times to pay online, put all the info and cfedit card details but stated was not approved, thought was my credit card i called the credit customer services and told me i did the transaction of $1,040 for CIC, surprisingly it did not give me the receipt and there was no electronic copy of receipt sent in my email. Since last week i have been tried to call CIC centre no success atall, the call system could not connect me to agent representative keesp saying i should try later,i then went personaly to Immigration and Citizenship office here in edmonton alberta they said nothing they can help me there i should keep trying  calling CIC call centre which until today i have got no answer, is there anyone knows how i should get the copy of that paymnet? I have the authorisation number of the transaction but i have to submit proof of payment of fees  for my sponsorship? any idea anyone what to do? am just waiting for that so i can submitt the package. Maybe you can go to the website where you paid, and log in with the account you made? Perhaps that will allow you to see a receipt.

It should also email you a receipt. Did you enter the correct email?

I went trough that many times. The problem with their website is that you will have to enter the adders and your name exactly as it appears on your credit card statement even to the point if they are all capitalized, you need to enter them capitalized. The second problem is that they will hold the funds if the address or the name is not the same for upto 5 business days and you can't use them... I know it's ridiculous but everything with CIC is ridiculous.You can't talk to anyone (I've tried) about it as every one is useless. If you ask me just order a payment form and pay it at the bank.

I work in web development and I know how stupid this is and how easy it is to fix but.... hey it's CIC for you!

Thanks all for your response, i have actualy use the correct email which i regularly use it but nothing as been delivered inn as of today, i even  open my account with CIC which u have to create prior for the payment, i tried to retrieve the payment did not show up. I have order the payment forms so that i can take to the bank and asked them to endorse the form from the payment i have already paid coz they have transaction authorization reference, thats my solution right now> thanking u all again for ur good response.
