You write your wife's name and DOB there. She is the applicant, not you. You already have PR.

You should be aware that you can put off paying the right of permanent residence fee ($490) but doing so can mean a 1-2 month delay in her application since they will need to contact you and have you pay the fee before the visa can be issued. If you can afford it, you are better off paying that now as well.

Leave client ID blank.

And actually, you write the PAYOR information there.  If you paid it, it's your information.  They match everything up at CPC-M because you have to include the receipt with the applications.

it's not correct information, the information there should be about sponsor as it goes to Mississauga, and also Client ID is exactly what is assigned to sponsor and only sponsor after 1st stage of sponsorship is approved, your wife will get Immigration File Number instead from her Visa Office

I realised that I had put my (applicant) name on the copy 2 I sent off to CPC-M, so true to form I panicked and called the CIC hotline and according to the agent I spoke to the name and address is only used if and when they refund the money, so writing writing the wrong name doesn't seem to be that big of a deal. Just fyi... Smiley

Leave it blank as you don't have a client ID yet. You will get a client ID once you are approved as the sponsor.

Yikes, very sorry about that!

I'm pretty sure I put my husband's info. there (he was the applicant). But peacekeeper, rjessome is right -- you should put your information on the form. Sorry for any confusion.
