Could you please suggest, how i can enquire online about my case filed under FSW category.
Moreover, if you can please advise the options which need to be selected on the site with reference to the letter from CIO.

Fill in the details about your Client ID no. or Immigration file no , Surname , DOB  and Country . you wil get the E Case Status .then double click the highlighted staus to get the more details of time line etc..

Use B000000000 number in immigration file no. Or you can check 'HELP' button next to each option that clearly mentioned the requrements to check your application online.

Under identification type choose "client identification number"

Use UCI; under identification number.
