If you have HSBC bank there then you can open that will be easy because an officer from local HSBC will verify your signature on the account opening application form. You can open account with RBC also but in that case you have to go to Canadian embassy to verify your signature(you have to sign in front of them). Once account opens then you can register to make on line banking. Bank will later send you Debit card so you can withdraw money. Take care,

I found out that children also can take 10000 per person.
Is it true? I will fly Allah Goysa with two kids and husband.

You will be asked of Proof of Funds at entry. There is a coloumn on the Confirmation of Permanent Residence form, that say, "Money in Possession"...

Why do you want kids to carry 10000CAD? All you have to do is show Proof of Funds for 4 people, thats it.

I have only two options first one is to open account in RBC online or take cash for 4 people. That is it

You are correct HSBC does not have any office but it has a corresponding bank. So you can contact there and they will open your account. I opened account at HSBC, Canada through a corresponding bank.
