IN MY UPDATE FILE ONLINE SAYS WE STARTED WORKING IN MY FILE IN MARCH 15 AND WE SENT YOU A LETTER ON MARCH 15 >>> IT WAS SO FAST , WHAT DO U THINK,
IF I CALL THE AGENT,WILL HE TELL ME IF I AM APPROVED OR NOT , CUZ THE letter already on its way ,

the ecas (online) will update from time to time. Stay tuned....
If nothing comes out in the mail (that you feel something wrong), don't continue to wait, contact your visa office or call centre immediately.

This is very normal for sponsorship application. My was was processed on the same day too! |

first stage sponsorship approval - they usually say they have starting processing your application the same day they make a decision - but ecase is so unreliable. |

..sorry my answer was kinda vague - I think they during the first stage (ie. Sponsorship Approval) the 37-40 days it takes to make a decision is included in the time when it is first received. For example - I filed my application 01-10-2010 and they only started processing it on 01-11-2010. The decision was also made on 01-11-2010. During that time they said it would take around 30 days to process my application. So I am guessing they included the day it was filed. This is only for the first stage sponsorship though. If you have been approved you will receive a letter in the mail very soon and that means they have already sent your package to buffalo. |
