now i have everything i need to send, i just need my medical....cant find the forms to take with me....are they at the web site?...and do i send all this together?....with fingerprints and background check?,....or send all but the medical, they then contact me with the designated dr. and i go there. the dr. then sends my results to immigration?....is tis right?

Are you applying outland? If so, the medical form is in your region specific guide. And yes, you need to send proof that the medical was completed along with the rest of the form. Hope this helps.

Sorry! That should have read "along with the rest of the application" (not "form).

Outland - After the medical, you will receive a document "Medical report Section A" IMM1017.
If not, ask for it.
