Once got NER what are the Review Chances?

I want to ask my seniors specially Captain Qorax,

Once you got a NER, what are the chances of PER if we file review?

Here is the NER i got please comment

I have now completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a skilled worker. I have determined that you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.
 
Subsection 75(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states that a foreign
national is a skilled worker if:
           
a)      within the ten years preceding the date of their application for a permanent resident visa, they,   have at least one year of continuous full-time (37.5 hours/week) employment experience as described in subsection 80(7), or the equivalent in continuous part-time employment in one or more occupations, other than a restricted occupation, that are listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;
 
b)      during that period of employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and
 
c)      during that period of employment they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.
 
I am not satisfied that you meet part B and C of these requirements for the following reasons:
 
All supporting documentation provided regarding your work experience history was taken into consideration.  Employment documents from "Employer Name" do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation identified on schedule three of your application, or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties. Therefore, evidence of part B & C cannot be determined.

Usman it seems that the Experience Letters you included didnt have the detail of your duties. IF you are performing duties in accordance with the NOC (given on the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada web site), then you should get a new Exp. letter / Salary details etc and re-apply. But offcourse if you are not in line with the requirements, its going to be futile.

Basically you have got nothing to loose, if you re-apply. You will have to re-apply, I dont think they will accept new evidence, as it will be not accepted. A similar case on this forum (2-3 days ago), submitted new evidence, but, was rejected. He has to apply again.

CIC won't consider new documentation once they have made a decision. The only hope is to prove they have made a mistake with the documentation you have already provided.

If that documentation was not convincing IMO you are better devoting your energies to compiling a fresh application, than to try to overturn their NER decision.

Which NOC are you applying under? If it's anything but 1122, 3152 or 3131 then chances are good you can get a new application together and apply before the cap fills.
