on which stage points are calculated in Visa Office

i would like to ask that on which stage points are calculated when we receive our 2nd Aor or when status is  receved by visa office or when status is in process?
moreover till which stage we can send updated information to claim  more points?

I think for Buffalo (but i could be wrong), it is just before it goes into process. I don't they receive the application at the visa office and check for points immediately. I am sure i have heard of people getting points related queries much after their application was received.

               At what moment can one be at ease that points have been accepted?  What is the signal that our points have been accepted?

For Buffalo, it is the point when one goes into process. For other visa offices, it may be different.

If one receives medicals, than you should be relaxed that you have fulfilled the criteria. Most of the offices work like that, that once In process, that means they are ready to send medicals which means the applicant has qualified.
