i would like to ask that on which stage POF is verified and during verification how much money should be in the account? i mean if i have sent 17000 dollar and during verfication if i have 12000 dollar before medial request then it would b ok or it can be a dangerous?

I will advise you don't let the funds go below the minimum that is required for your family structure even when you are making withdrawals. VO can choose to verify the funds available anytime during the process even until the last day your visa shall be issued.
