Hi there,

I'm currently on a two-year work visa which expires in November 2012. This is my second visa (my previous 3 year visa expired last November (2010). This is the type of visa which requires an LMO.

I know that I cannot legally work for another company, but my question is, if I resign my job, do I need to leave the country immediately, or can I stay until the visa runs out?

Any help MUCH appreciated!

Thanks,
