On a post graduate work permit right now...should i apply for PR ?plz help me..

Hello everybody..i need ur help.....
 I have done my 1 year program from Toronto and I am on a post graduate work permit right now.But i do not have any work experience  back home i India.So as per the CIC.GC.CA, I cannot claim any points for work experience.I am gonna work for one year here at toronto on a post graduate work pernmit,so  can I consider this experience as a one year experience and claim 15 points or not?

No, not until you have completed 1 year of skilled work in NOC category A&B or O.

Thanx PMM for the reply.........So I would have to apply for the immigartion after a year.......but how can I apply for the immigration aftre my work visa gets over here next july as i guess i would have to go back home?
