Time is like a river...
You can't touch the same water twice,
because the flow that has passed will never pass again.
Enjoy every moment of life...
-Don't let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest...

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn not to judge things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest, in turn, to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away.
The first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in summer, and the youngest son in the fall.
When they had all gone and come back, he called them together to describe what they had seen.
The first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted. The second son said no -it was covered with green buds and full of promise.
The third son disagreed; he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful -it was the most graceful thing he had ever seen.
The last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe and drooping with fruit -full of life and fulfillment.
The man then explained to his sons that they were all right, because they had each seen but only one season in the tree's life.
He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season; and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and love that come from that life can only be measured at the end, when all the seasons are up.
If you give up when it's winter, you will miss the promise of your spring,
the beauty of your summer, and fulfillment of your fall.
Moral:
Don't let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest.
Don't judge life by one difficult season.
Persevere through the difficult patches;
and better times are sure to come sooner or later...

The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling.
And even more beautiful, is to know that you are the reason behind it !

Sweetberry You were not fair at all with your comments on qorax post. fine this is immigration forum but we can also learn some vital lessons of life here, even lessons that can make our canadian life more intresting. when people make effort to share the least we can do is to keep quiet if we cannot appreciate them. You might have a point when you say that the purpose of this Forum is nothing but to get assistance and orientation in this Immigration process. However, most of applicants have gone thru a lot of UPs and Downs in our lives. Qorax is for many of US, a great PERSON WHO HAS DEVOTED A LOT OF TIME HELPING US.
SHARING HIS THOUGHS WILl NOT HURT....ON THE CONTRARY, IT WILL LIFT UP OUR STEEM. I HAPPEN TO BE ONE OF MANY APPLICANTS WHO WISHES TO OBTAIN THE CANADIAN PRV, BUT IF I DO NOT GET IT...... I WILL DO GOOD ANYWAY. On the other hand, THERE ARE MANY APPLICANTS WHO JUST HAVE ONE CHOICE....... QORAX IF A HECK OF A GUY... AN ANGEL FOR MANY...

I am farid about the fact that u r not getting the crux & central idea from qorax's motivational story!
Actually, it is very much associated with "Immigration matters". When v move to foreign land, the initial period of "hard work, frustration , unemployment, mental stress" etc. are just like the "WINTER SEASON", and finally after years of struggle this changes in to "FRUITFUL-FALL SEASON". Isn't it.
Kindly give a go at that story, It will also help u in other spheres of ur life.
