old noc list

Hi everybody,

I want to know that occupations from old noc list can apply now?

For example microbiologist is now not in list still they can apply?

Please see that 29 occupations listed on the link below can only be eligible to apply
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

There are other criteria as well but the NOC code is must first
