Official Responses to Common Questions from Visa Offices

As I have read through threads I've come across information that many of you have obtained directly from Visa Offices.  Answers to important questions regarding sealed transcripts, documents acceptable as proof of birth date, process of package from CIO to VO, etc.  I read these things and think, WOW, someone was just asking about that, but I can't remember WHERE I read it.  Would this be a good thread to start so that those who have official responses could put them here and save us all many hours of searching and wondering if something is acceptable to the authorities?  Cheers.

        On the top right hand corner u will find search. Just put there a query like for example CAIPS. aLL posts related to CAIPS will be there. Just read it and u can solve ur problems.
