of-course  It is not  a new news   but   It  declares   completely   that

Usually  I   find   many  sprinter    members  here 

I think   they  open  cic   for  24  hours

I  did  so  in order   to   capture    this   details   first  but   I   am afraid  that   Capaccino (wayne)     come   and   drain   the replies   Embarrassed

So you guys think that we should ignore the following text:
"The CIC website will be updated on July 1, 2011, with details on application requirements and procedures for affected programs."

You think that we can send our documents now so they reach CIC in few days?

It doesn't say anything about the point system (those changes could still come later).  But note that the CAP for FSW1 has been cut in 1/2 - both the total number of FSW applications (from 20,000 to 10,000), and the cap per eligible NOC (1,000 to 500).

3rd Ministerial instructions (M.I.)  are issued on 24 June, so I think that the 4th M.I. cant be issued on 1st July. Is it possible that CIC can maybe change age and work experience points without another Ministerial instructions?
