Offer of employment

Hi People

I came over to Canada last month to look at a job that I have done in the UK for 7 years now, things went really well and the company are putting together a job offer for me before the end of January, although I have been offered a job nr Toronto the company recently advertised 2 vacancies in Halifax at the end of September 2010, neither has been filled and I am wondering whether the company could use those 2 vacancies for a positive labor Market opinion? If so and I have the offer plus NCO recognition and a positive LMO would anyone know how quickly it could all be sorted and what other information immigration Canada would need?
