Hi....

I want to know what is the best time to apply for student visa ?

e.g. if i want to go for Jan10 intake...Can i get the offer letter from the college by may09...When does d college start giving offer letter to students ?

If i manage to get d offer letter when can i apply for visa for jan10 intake ? Can i apply in month of july09 ? Will ambassy give me the visa by sep09 or it will give visa in nov/dec09 ? Main aim is to get visa early by applying early...

apply as early as you can; Canadian take a lot of time to do things.  It doesn't matter if it's 2010.
