i just noticed on LBC website that my wife's passport was delivered to the address of CEM but says it was handed over to the Security Guard NESTOR TUBALLA, is this normal for them to hand it to only a security guard and not a real direct person of CEM and does it mean that its at the right department?

naaprove po husband ko nung january 4, narecieve po namin approval letter, ngemail din ang CEM for additional doc. ng asawa ko, and PPR narecieve ko na rin. We complied to all na po, pero kkarecieve ni husband ung RPRF fee request FEb. 9 from CPC-M, letter dated january 23 pa. Mejo nagkamali kasi asawa ko sa payment na ginawa niya nung una so ngrefund ang CPC-M tpos ng request ng RPRF fee. Napaid na po ni husband yesterday pero po ang tanong will it cause delay po sa processing?

Friday dyan sa Pinas ko napansin (Feb 3) na nawala ang address nya sa eCAS. eto yong details sa DM:

-We received your application for permanent residence on October 11, 2011.
 
-We started processing your application on February 1, 2012.
 
-Medical results have been received.
 
-A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Ang bilis ng second stage sa application nyo. Mukhang uminom ng sobrang dameng kape ung VO na nagprocess ng papel nyo kaya natuwa at nagovertime ng bongga. Ang resulta, DM agad kayo after 3 days. Sana malakas din magkape ung VO na magpprocess sa application namen. Lol!

It is advised to pay the processing fees and RPRF at the same time. For late payment of RPRF, additional 2-month delay in the finalization of the PR application.
For late payment of RPRF ($490): Basically CEM will inform CPC-M that you have not paid the RPRF. Then CPC-M will send a notification mail (via postal) to the Sponsored Person requesting you to pay the RPRF but the fees have to be paid by the Sponsor.

Included in the notification is the instructions how to pay the fees, either via Internet or Financial Institution (bank). Also included in the mail is the form IMM5401 receipt if you choose to pay via financial institution.

Send to CPC-M the stamped receipt form together with the notification letter. CPC-M will notify CEM that payment has been made.

Dear God, bless each and everyone here who are waiting to be with their love ones, you know what we are going through. We miss our beloved so much that sometimes we just cry out when we talk to them by phone or by web. It gets even more hard when we have misunderstandings with our hubby and we want to just hug them and make it ok, but we can't. It's not enough to just say "i love you" and we can't even express it totally. It's too difficult to be far away, it seems like we want to explode, but we cannot do anything...

Hi there! ^_^ I just had my medicals done last Oct 21st, my DMP asked me to come back on the 26th to pick up copy 2 of the medical report section A & appendix c..Im planning to send my application to my husband before the month ends or prolly on the 1st week of November! goodnews forum mates! my hubby in canada checked my ecas just now and guess what. we're already DM! i am so happy i can't go back to sleep   i've got a question guys and gals, usually, how many days will it take to receive your visa after being DM in ecas? thanks in advance!
