hi guys i realy had big problem isent my application in october 20 and they recieved in october 24 and ididnt get any approved or respond from them till now and now they saying in site that they working in application recived in november 9 so im realy worried ididnt get any email from them since beging and icheck the mail there is nothing from them and i know that they got my application in october 24 by tracking number now im outside canada and idont find any way of communication with them so for the poeple who got approved for sponsorship can you plz tell me what is the email  address that they used to send you sponsorship approval emails so ican use this email to contact them so i can reach them plz

I am also out of the country however I did get my information online. They emailed me my client ID and application # two wks before my sponsorship was approved. Then last week I saw that it said decision made however it did not say the actual decision so I called them directly at 16139444000 (press 1 then 2). Once transferred press 1-1-1-0. A CIC agent informed that I was approved at that point. By the end of this month you should hear something so I would call them to be safe. If you call and it says you cannot be transferred to ano agent keep calling back, you'll eventually get through.

I received an email from Client-update-mise-a-jour  @  cic.gc.ca however you cannot email this addr as you cannot reply to it. CIC will not give you info over email. I have had an int'l call plan with the phone company out here in Jamaica. You will need to get a calling card and contact CIC. Also check your junk email just to ensure that the email did not go to that folder.  Call the local 613 # i listed as calling cards wont allow you to call the 1-800 #. Good Luck

Thank you Tintin I was wondering about those numbers too, now I have them, I was using magicjack so I was able to call , but this is helpfull too
