thank you guys , and yes I was able to log into my ecas with my file no. starting with F letter, and it says that they received my file Oct.11. which is the MCIC date not VO (transfer to VO is Dec.19.), so i guess they forward VO`s part right away and they add sponsorship part once it is approved .

Hey Guys the application to sponsor my wife was recieved in Mississauga on Oct 31st 2011 , on Dec 23rd 2011, i recieved an E mail confirming the reception , right now on the CIC website they say they are working on application received on oct 26 , so i guess they may get to mine sometime next week i really wish so because technically it's going to be more than 66 days by next week , what a long wait!  How do they send the approval notice? by E mail or regular mail? I can 't wait to see the file approved and transferred to Beijing! Good luck to all of us! |

Hi All, Today I got my Address in my e-CAS !!!  The address appeared for both myself (the sponsor) and my wife (sponsored person).... When I log in using my clinet id (my PR card number), I see my canada address updated. When I log in using the application file number (F0000xxxxx), I see my India address of my wife. The status fpr Application for Permanent Residence still says: Application Received on Oct 04, 2011 (which is the CPC-M recieved date but not New Delhi VO recieved date).. So I guess the file got transferred the same day but not updated in e-CAS. |

Hi all Yesterday I checked my application status online it's shows my adress and my spouse address Visa office is newdelhi, India. After 1 month of sponsorship approval they update the both addresses. Thanks god! Newdelhi do something?  ?? Take care! All of you If anything happen I'll inform you guys..... |

Hi Rajneet,
I have been constantly watching the September applicants thread also !!!
From what I see there, many ppl in New Delhi are not getting AOR...instead they are getting PPR directly !
even today, a person posted that he got PPR from New Delhi....his file approval date was 28-Nov
In many cases New Delhi is sending PPR in 1 month + 10 days or so !
So I am assuming that I would get PPR by Jan 20 timeframe and you will get yours probably by Jan 14 timeframe.

if your trying to get into ecas make sure ur using ur UCI number and the last name of ur sponsor and ur sponsor's birth date and country. It doesn't seem to work if ur using the applicants name and birth, it has to be all info of Sponsor
finally, thanks for the tip! I'd been trying it with the applicant name and DOB, couldn't understand why it wasn't working. now it does! |
