Hey, my ecas says decision made. I am wondering what that means. It does not say we are approved. This is what it says.
We sent you a letter on December 19, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Can anybody tell me?

I hope that the decision has been made saying that we are approved. But it does not say anything. Has anybody got that on their ecas before? i am sure yes, but, could anybody tell me what it meant? |

it never says on ecas if its approved or not for the sponsor, always says what you have written there....Lets pray its good news, have your husband call tomorrow. |

oh my god!!! I will not sleep today thnking that we could still be rejected. At least they did not return it because of the mistakes we made. It they have said no i would be devastated. Letīs pray we are approved. Take care guys

We got our snail mail today, and it was mailed Dec . 19. so you should expect yours too, and I believe you are approved too , congrats !! |

Just got a cheque from the government, doesn't happen too often!
I originally paid $150 for our daughter's portion as part of the the application total fee even though we already applied for her citizenship certificate; I was sure I didn't have to include her in the application, however, just didn't want to take the risk of CIC deciding otherwise that would mean a delay. Kind of forgot about the fee until now... They approved my sponsorship on the 14th and refunded me within 1 week, impressive! Hope they are also this efficient at the VOs.
LOL... I hope they really are as efficient at the VOs. One can only hope. |

Yes!!! my husband did not have to phone because my mother in law received a letter on wednesday saying that we are approved. Of course, she did not bother to call me. We write down his address because my husband was travelling with me quite often. We got it!!!! we got approved on the 19th of december. You guys are next. I am so excited. However, i do not know what the letter says. I guess all letters are different. When will they request the police certificates? Can anybody tell me what is next. I am so excited. Love to all
