And guys please , can you tell me how you view the status of your application? i have been trying to see mine with my UCI and file number but nothing any tips?

pag di pa nagstart ang processing wala pa sa e-cas. Pag meron na sila comment sa docs mo or maisusulat for you, that's the time they will create your account.

Thank man , i will wait for the Mail to know the exact approval date but i guess it's today , i check my e mail every half an hour in the office here ,it s not in the spam , i am just surprised why the E mail didn t land in my inbox , but anyway the apporval is done and i will wait for the postal mail to come.

When I received my email that I was approved as a sponsor. It stated that " This letter will not be re-issued. Please save this message for your records." I got this email back in Dec 15th.

oh sorry about that, anyway, your e-cas account will be created only when they already have something to write for you. it could mean processing has not started,although they might already be checking your documents. When they come up with some results, they will make your e-cas account to input those results.

Thanks man , the result is known at least for the sponsorship approval as the lady told me and the file is ready to be sent to Beijing, may be they haven't yet updated  anyway i feel eased and will just wait for the mail to come

do i understand right that you have never accessed your e-cas even once? That was the basis of my reply. But do not worry much about that e-cas. In many cases, the visa officer does not even mind updating those info. Many have arrived/landed in canada but the e-cas status never changed since the time the applicant first saw it.

If we do not receive ALL these documents within ninety days (90) from the date of this letter, your application will be assessed based on
the information on file and may be refused.
THERE WILL BE NO FOLLOW-UP TO THIS LETTER


X Valid ORIGINAL passport for yourself and each dependant immigrating to Canada. After the medical examination be done
X A pre-paid airwaybill must be included with your documents

Is this a PPR???

question 2. what is a pre-paid airwaybill. Is this like a return envelope so then can send the passports back?

I am posting an update here, mostly in reply to PinkLady's PM as I can't seem to reply directly.
Add this to the spreadsheet... We received our Stage 1 PASSED letter yesterday in the mail, letter is dated January 10th!
After almost 5 years of planning the best way forward with all of this, it is nice to have finally taken at least one small positive step towards our future together.
