i'll give you my timelime

application reached buffalo : oct 21st, 2010
medical request: may 10, 2011
medicals done : may 20, 2011
file transfer to ny:sept 08,2011
ny started processing application: nov 1st, 2011

as of january 23rd, 2012...i am still waiting for ppr.

got any ideas how long this will take ??

hi ebulbul , i have the same timeline as you , its been 15 months , i have no idea about how long more it is going to take , i can say we are unfortunate october applicants. what country are you from bytheway?

Hi all,

I have just applied for CSQ from the US and even though my papaerwork got there December 10, no news from there yet, ne charge on my credit card eiither. Do u guys think I should call Quebec and check on the status?

I am Turkish, and I also have ordered caips results, hopefully i can get an idea what's going on, but keep in mind, my file got transferred to new york office from buffalo. that also might've added some more waiting time.

THEY DIDNT ASK FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT AS WELL, WHY IT TOOK SO LONG MAN WE ARE STILL WAITING, I START BEINN G PESSIMIST ABOUT MY APPLICATION, I FEEL LIKE WE WILL WAIT FURTHER

as of today, my address disappeared on e-cas. It is said that when the address disappears from the e-cas, people receive their ppr in several weeks because that is seen as an indication of activity from the visa office.

they have receive my application on 27 October 2010

Application status showing " Application is Received"

May 2011, got an email that my file has been transferred to Islamabad visa office,

But no update as of yet

in reply to our inquiry, they are always sending the bellow statement



This is in response to your email (see below).
 
Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer.
 
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

we received our passport request via email dated january 18, 2012.. and we receieved an e-cas update dated january 27,2012: address disappeared.

a week after buffalo send ppr to us, our address disappeared on ecas.. weird.. Smiley

i just saw the bellow information in cic site

Processing times for provincial nominee applications processed by visa offices outside Canada

The tables below indicate application processing times at Canadian visa offices outside Canada. The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between October 1, 2010, and September 30, 2011. Processing times are subject to change.

this means that they will process our application from this onward

Hi bravo and a_p, any news on your application yet? My address disappeared this weekend and on Sunday, I got a third line in my ecas saying we started processing your application on jan 25.
I wonder how much longer...

Hello sraheem,

Would u pls share ur timeline?
When u have submitted ur doc? And what's the statement for those three lines info at e cas?

I have submitted my doc on October 2010 but didn't get any update up to now, but on Friday my address disappeared from e cas and nothing appeared again till moment, so I don't know what shall I  expect....
