Hi,

My Occupation is Programmer Analyst, (NOC -2172). I don't see this Occupation in Ministerial Instructions. Am I eligible under Category 1?

The note in Ministerial Instructions is a bit confusing.

NOTE: the occupations above
are all Skill Type 0 (managerial
occupations) or Skill Level A
(professional occupations) or B
(technical occupations and
skilled trades) on the Canadian
National Occupational
Classification list.

Thanks for your help,
Venkat.

Thank you. Make Sense. I might have to look into other options as you suggested.

@ stephanie_wg23 you can try through PNP or FSW2, but in both cases you need a job offer....All the Best.
