Dear,
I access 68 points when apply. And get e -message on 24Nov,2010 that my application had got final positive decission.
Later on, by increasing IELTS score, I obtain more points for PR decission.
Will it be able to decrease processing time if I include it, or is  including necessary?
Please share.
Thanks

All you need is 67points. Having more points won't give you any special advantage.
