I am a Filipino temporary skilled worker in Canada and have applied for PR. Previously worked in Korea and have submitted to CIC a police clearance directly from the KNPA (Korean National Police Agency). CIC has notified me that it is not acceptable because it cannot be from an office outside Korea but it is directly from Korea. Do I need to get someone in Korea to get the clearance directly from a Korean police station. Is this what we need to do? Do you have any advice, please?
