Hi All !

I'm a Merchant navy officer holding a Master Mariner ,Class 1 certificate of competence(Issued by the director of merchant shippng,Srilanka),I've been sailing in Merchant ships (Bulk carriers,Large Oil tankers) for last 18 yrs. I'm planning to move to Canada in September and I want to apply for the Equivalent Certification in Canada.Please advice me the procedures  to obtain the same..
