Hello, this is my case, my wife is a filipina,we are request for a permanent resident, the VO sent a letter inviting her for an interview on july 7. But my wife and me(the husband and the sponsor) have never received any letter, email or phone call from the VO for this interview. My wife missed the interview and at the end of the day of the interview, both received an email from the VO and they ask us to send 2 files with the number of files but without any details about this 2 files. I sent an email to the VO saying then my wife has never received any letter, email or phone call for the interview, and saying then she is available to go to a new scheduled interview if they want. I also sent an email to ask what files is it? i called the Vo and ask what files is it? They never answer my request, and when i talked by phone they only tell me: we will give your request to the agent of your case.I never received any answer(both the sponsor and the sponsored). In the letter they sent us, they say: a final review of your application will be completed based on the information available on file. Please note that this may result in a refusal of your application. Will they give the visa to my wife or not?

Only the visa officer responsible for her case can answer that for you. Since an interview was convoked, it means that they had concerns regarding the information presented in your file, and needed the interview to clarify these concerns. Without the interview to clarify, the officer is left to make a conclusion based on the file.

I asked to schedule a new interview, i asked to know which kind of files they want. They never gave any answer after my request. Why they never answer? I think they made a decision and wait until the end of the 45 days delay to send the files to give us their decision. I hope the best for me and my wife.
