Dear Al
thanks PMM, LEON for response.I am planning to move to Canada sometime in next month with my familly as permanenty residence on skilled worker category. Professionaly I am Graduate electrical engineer from Asian country.I have been understood that it is not easy to get a job right at the moment in the time of economic recession worldwide, for which I am planning to start a business after landing. Am I legally obliged to find a job
? Am I free to start a business? thanks all.

You can do whatever you wish as long as it is not illegal, open a business, buy a ranch.
