after o'levels, did you do A'levels and after a'levels, you went to university or college right?

You would need that college or university transcript

if you did university or college then you dont have to submit o'levels
but if 0'levels was your highest education, then submit it as a notarized photocopy.

Thats just my opinion. I wasn't in this situation.

From your post it look like you don"t have a university certificate. What you should do is to send a notarized copy of the certificate.

Thanks Benny! i was under the impression that am supposed to send all educational documents from O levels upto masters in college/univ sealed envelopes..but i guess only the univ qualifications are supposed to go in univ sealed envelopes..do you have a link of the immigration website where they asked just for this?

Benny i have another question for you!

I have stayed in colombo, Sri Lanka from 1991 to 1995 but i stayed there only for three months after my 18th bday..do i have to get a police clearance from Sri Lanka only for 3 months...? since its only three months, is it still mandatory for me to submit police clearance. please advise.
