Just starting to look into seeing if I can visit my brother who is married to a canadian and has lived in Vancouver for over 30 years.
I have a drug conviction which is over 10 years old and been in no trouble since then.
How long can this procedure take?

Hi -

Exactly what type of drug conviction was it?  What was the sentence and when were the terms of the sentence completed?

Thanks,

Hi ,It was for cultivation and I was sentanced to 6months jail suspended for six months and a $1000.00 fine in  the year 2000.
Is there  is a chance that I can get in to see my brotherand his family.
