nursing registration with ontario

I have diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with almost 15 years experience and presently working in Ireland since last six years. I have two questions:-

1) At present i am studying BSc Honors degree in Nursing from a recogonised university in Ireland through my employer. I would like to take nursing registration from Ontario nursing board.  Am i eligible to apply for nursing registration from Ontario?

2) The 2nd thing is that, do i need to have IELTS? I am working in an english speaking country (Ireland) for six years.  Also as everbody i studied my secondary school and nursing education in english medium.

Also please a good CRNE practising material.
