          I am a register nurse. i want to apply as FSW . I want to know when they will start receiving the application

I afraid you cannot apply now because the Cap is already reached. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#eligible . You have to wait till the new NOC list publish on July 1,2011. If Registered Nurse NOC will still in the list you can apply then.
