HI, i am a new user . My Husband is working in US for h1b for more than a year now and i 'm with him on H4 visa . we r now thinking of applying to Canadian Immigration. while searching on net i came across with Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).
now i have the following questions in my mind for which i need Your help:
1. what do u advice , applying by oneself or by hiring any attorney?
(if hiring an attorney whta u advise to c if he/she is reliabe )
2. what are the steps in applying for the programe?
3. Necessary documents needed as none of us has a US degree. (but both have masters degree in respective feilds.)
4. how long does the procedure takes ?... (i know its written 9-12 months but i have gne through people discusiioon that it take long)

i hope ur kind advise will help us in making our future bright .
