Number of Photpgraphs Required - Is it 4 or 5?

Hi All

Following is written on the guidleines (IMM 0008-Generic):

'Enclose the photos of each person in an envelope and seal the envelope.'

And Following is written for Pakistani nationals:

'Supply four (4) photos for each member of your family and yourself. '

My understanding is I do not need need paste the photographs on IMM 0008- Generic form and simply put 4 photos in an envelope.

OR do I need to paste one photo on the IMM 0008- Generic form and also put 4 phots in the envelope.

Please confirm.

I did not pasted the photo on the form,
I provided 5 photos * 2 (4 were required), even if you provide 5 no problem.
Do not paste the photo on the form as they do not ask to (it says space reserved for Photo). Supply photos in a sealed envelope. write the names, date of birth on the back of each photo for each applicant.
