Number of full-time hours for work experience

Hi All

I worked more than 23 months and less than 24 month in my previous company (so I have one year working experience). However, my hours per week was 40 hours, can it be counted as more than 2 years with 37.5 hours a week ? because I will have 2.5 extra hours a week.

I am afraid not because you need minimum 1950hrs work experience in one year but you can not claim 1950hrs by working in two shifts a day so it has to be 1950hrs minimum and in one year.

Year is the main issue the latter comes thereafter.
