Now Living in USA on H1B got Canada medicals documents for PR

Hi Guys Can any one response to my questions ? appreciate it

ND Canada Office sent me the letter saying that , we are closing your file at ND Office , we processed transferred request of your file to Buffalo NY office.

NY Buffalo office will communicates to you for further process.

My Questions.

1. My application online status showing application withdrawn (will I get new file number ? NY Office will treat my application as fresh one with new file number ?). any one has similar situation ? Experts please let me know if you know any information.

Simon123 : If you send your passport through your husband or anyone with your authorization there wont be any issue. it matters how much risk you want to take without passport living in USA. I have considered my personal situaitons and took the decision not to send my entire family original with anyone !.

please consider following :

Is there any guarenttee ND office will return your passport in stipulated time ?
There is a chance of mishandling your passports during transport ?

Its my personal opinion , there are people who wants to take risk , they are who dont :-)
