General question:
maging problem po ba, kasi ung sa 3 hawak kong document iba iba ang nkalagay na position ko.
Offer letter ko- Insurance coordinator ang postion.
Contract- Insurance Return Clerk
Visa - Re insurance underwriter
Employment Certificate - Insurance coordinator

Type of work is others since you're applying for food counter attendant. OWP is for spousal applications. Where are you going to submit your applications? If sa manila here's their link for your checklist: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/assets/pdfs/visas/54_1_Eng.pdf , if you're going to submit your apps in Abu Dhabi here's their checklist: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/uae-eau/assets/pdfs/visas/54_1_eng.pdf . Yung site na binigay mo kasi pansinin mo may proof of funds na kasama not unless magpapasa ka ng proof of funds (well pwede ka namang mag-include ng proof of funds if you want) pero yung checklist kasi na pinasa namin kinuha ko mismo sa site ng Canadian Embassy Jamaica kung saan ako nag-apply. Yung question mo about document is that your current work? Kung ano nakalagay sa COE dun ka mag-follow. Sa akin nga sales attendant ako sa work permit pero sa COE ko store manager & bookkeeper, I don't know how will affect to my applications. I hope they call our Managing Director who signed my COE to confirm why there's a conflict about it. It's just my opinion. Think positive nalang. Good Luck

Are you applying for TWP? Their website shows: Temporary work permit applications require a fully completed and printed IMM 1295 with a barcode validation, processing time:

Live-in Caregivers:
By mail: 12-14 months

Other Temporary Foreign Workers:
By mail: 1-6 months

actually ala pa yung COE fr HR nmin, pinapatay patay nila ang request ko..sunday pa daw.eh halos 10 days na ung request na un.. :/

May inadd nga ko sa ym akala ko ikaw tapos chinat ko di ako maintindihan sa tagalog kaya binlock ko sya... hehehe...yung certified true copy may instructions ang embassy kung paano ipapacertify ang docs. nabasa mo ba yung guidelines? Ok na yang reqt's mo, ikaw nalang magcheck sa checklist hindi talaga matick un. Ang tagal mo rin pala mag-ayos ng papers, sayang ang time... Hehehe

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
•“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
•the name of the original document,
•the date of the certification,
•his or her name,
•his or her official position or title, and
•his or her signature.

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:
Outside Canada:
•a judge
•a magistrate
•a notary public
•an officer of a court of justice
•a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living

Family members may not certify copies of your documents.

Is it Normal to process TWP for more than 22weeks??? is there a case like mine?

If your applications is beyond the processing time you can send them an email thru "Case Specific Enquiry" here's their website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/abu-dhabi.asp . Fill-up the information completely and put your File Number if you have one. Good Luck

Caregiver applicant ako... feb.2010- submitted my application
                                      feb 18- got my reference number ( thru email )
                                      march 2011- request an updated income of my employer
                                      january 2012-  sent them email for my application status
                                      january 8-  interview letter
                                      january 17- interview date ( luckily i passed got the medical form after )
                                      feb.22- medical received cic london
                                     march 22- received email ( PASSPORT REQUEST FOR VISA STAMPING)
                                     APRIL 22- DATE FOR VISA STAMPING( must go there personally by ( april 22,2012 )
