Hi all, I wanted to wish you all good luck in your application. I did want to reasure you all not to sweat over every little thing.
Been there dont that, when you send your application in and you realise that you have forgotten to include something as long as its not to do with the sponsership part it will be ok.
 Once you get your confirmation of sponsorship approval and it is sent to the VO that will be dealing with your case, you can then proceed to send the missing documents or anything else you forgot to include to the VO.
Its not good sending them to the Mississauga office as they wont be able to marry them up.
Once sponsership has been approved, you will get a file number and or a UCI number. Use these to send any additional things you need to, include the full name of the applicant, birth date and file/UCI number.

I'm getting nervous as I see that people who have filed before me have already heard news from CIC, but I haven't. How were you informed of their confirmation of receipt? By post or on the e-cas website?

By the way, my visa office is Sao Paulo (Brazil).

May 2012 be the first year of the best years of our lives.

Why do we have two November applicant topics going on? Can we combine them into one?

Thanks, it's true that now anything on this subject gets me desperate. I can't stop crying these days.
Spending Xmas alone has had a terrible effect on me.
