Hey guys i can see NOVEMBERIANS landed so far ..... i dont know when it will be my turn still waiting for some good response i think they doing background checks so dont know what gonna happen next so if anyone know how long it will take from paris so let me know as i got mail on 23rd march asking for RPRF which lately submitted on 26th so from that day till today no IDEA whats going on as they told in mail your case is well progressed so ask your spuse to pay RPRF ahhhhhh waiting waiting & waiting  |

Well paying the rprf later as you did does delay the app process by 8 weeks, so hopefully they will finalize your app very soon!
Thnx alot for your reply ...... as i was in canada in march and me and my wife we called cic for to ask if they have received payment as we paid online nooo actually we asked if they have received the receipt so they said yes we have received it and later i email to embassy and asked as if they have received the receipt so they said yes we received your docs ...... so cic agent told us that it will take approx 6-8 weeks for all update .... now i realise that how important is to pay fee upfront ..... |

We had the same thing happen. They gave us 60 days to pay fee and turn in FBI pc so that delayed 2 months. Plus, we are still waiting to hear something and it's been over 2 months since the 60 days and still nothing. I haven't heard from CIC India for along time... still says in Progress... since March 6.... also is that the doctor sscrewed up and didn't send in our medical reports til March 17...so more delays for sure.
Thanks jax2k3. Sorry to hear that. Hope you will hear a good news soon. Have you or your spouse used Speedpost in India to send documents to CIC? What is your experience? |

Hi i am new here! I have started my application on November 2011 and so far everything it's going good but I am really stressed because I miss my husband so much... I applied outbound from Mexico and they asked for my police certificate on march, right now has been already 7 weeks they received it but I haven't got news... Do you know how long should I be waiting for?? I would appreciate your comments!!  |
