Hi everybody! I'm a newbie on this forum and i'd like to join your timeline. I've  sent my application to Sydney , reached on Nov. 14, and money were cashed  on Jan. 16 . My VO is Bucharest and I've applied on 0811 NOC, under the fsw program. Although my fellow country applicants have received their PER on last week of January, my application has no sign of PER or NER . Does someone else has applied under 0811 NOC in November and has received any sign from CIC?
