hi all,
allow me to get involved with u in this thread, i hope someone can advise me on my situation,
My NOC is 7242, sent my application on 21 December 2011 to CIO sydeny, I also live in Abu dhabi,UAE,so my visa office is LONDON. i was surprised to get PER from CIO on 24 Feb 2012,becuz my job title and description doestn match perfectly although there are rules that perfectly match,also I sent copies of my work experience and academic degrees,not to mention the the PCC of my wife which shows an incorrect date of birth....anyhow....since i passed the CIO screen and I am afraid that lvo might reject my case,becus of the copies and wrong pcc of my wife....till now i didnt receive any mail or email from lvo, so would u advise if i resend a true copies of my work experience and degrees also corrected pcc to lvo even though they didnt issue me 2AOR so far or wait till they ask me to update......or shall i send them a specific case inquiry with my UCI from CIO.
one more issue, my current bank account got below the minimun required fund althogh when i sent my documents it was above that limit,so now shall i resend along with the true copies a new bank statement of me,the principal applicant and my wife`s bank statement whom she is accompaning me to canada insha ALLAH.

hi there congratulations on your PER...the LVO will not acknowledge any new document you send unless they have given you the 2nd AOR first so it's better to wait for that second email and prepare your updated documents... the same with your proof of funds... wait for the visa officer to ask for updated bank certs or statements before sending them otherwise, if they do not ask them from you, it means he/ she is satisfied with your application... hope that helps |

bond, what information do they give to the applicant for him to know that his files has been transferred from CIO to LVO? |

How u know lvo don't send 2aor, I read this info a lot here, then how I know lvo received my file and processing it?
wait for 24 weeks from the date this office receives ur file as mentioned on LVO website http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/processing-traitement.aspx?view=d |

Hi Buffalo Applicants,
My application was rec'd by CIC Sydney on Nov 2, 2011. I rec'd positive determination on Jan 12, 2012 via email. My application is being processed in Buffalo. ECAS shows IN PROCESS since Jan, no new updates for over two months now.
I haven't rec'd an AOR from the visa office. Can anyone suggest time lines for Buffalo? Have Nov applicants heard from the Buffalo office yet for medical requests?

They update it after getting result from DMP
Oh ok. Thanks Abhishek. Mine is still not updated, although i went through everything on 10th March. This update will be the only acknowledgement that the docuemnts have successfully reached the VO from the DMP. My photocopies have reached the VO yesterday (which i could track via the courier agency i had sent it with) |

Hi,
I know CHC very well.
Its is clear way of doing business.Each and every time they are giving visa to lower number of people and create backlog and giving false committments in the net that they will process the case in so many months time.
Actually CHC is a greater cheater.I am waiting for last 6 years from 2006 and till date the file is under process.They simply block my money and getting interest out of this.
I have no hope on this fraud government.
They only give fast response if you go to Litigation against them.
See they are currently processing 2009-2010 cases as many of the backlog applicants go to Federal court against them.
Canada government is a fraud government.
