what's the time period upto which one can expect AOR after cap has reached.

Currently, a PER is being issued in not more than 80 days from the date the application is received by CIO. If you do not receive a PER email in a maximum of 90 days, then you may not be in the cap.

Hi,

I got my PER on 07-Feb-12.My VO is CHC,ND.

I have certain queries regarding some recent changes done of my office address and my daughter"spassport:
My office address has been changed recently.
Secondly,my daughter"s passport will be expired on 20-Feb-12.I already applied for renewal.
Thirdly,I had attached my HR business card in my application but recently he has resigned .Should I attach the recent HR person"s business card as she is also informed regarding everything about my reference letter.
At what stage I have to inform VO regarding this.Can I send all details  right now though I didnot receive any mail from CHC,ND regarding receipt of my file/application.Should I prepare one coveringletter and send the application to CHC,ND for further processing or I have to wait until they ask for any update.Till date my file number starts with E00-------.Kindly suggest/advise.

Hello TAPTATANU, Firstly, congratulations on your PER. It may take about 2-4 weeks for your application to reach NDVO. NDVO will then send a second AOR acknowledging that they have received your file from CIO sydney. Now is the time for you to send the documents you want to along with a cover letter. Meanwhile, your daughter would have received her new passport. Send them a photocopy of the same using the case specific enquiry link.

As for your change in office address, what do you mean? Did you change your employment or just the office bldg address is changed. If only the bldg address is changed, you do not have to inform them unless you have used it as your mailing address. If you have changed the orgnaization from where you were working earlier, then you need to again inform the vo along with a scanned copy of your new job offer and work responsibilites letter.

Even if your HR has resigned, is he willing to speak for you if he receives a call from CHC, New Delhi. Has his mobile number changed from what it is in the business you earlier sent? If yes, then you may want send a photocopy of the new HR business card. Employment verification calls are made randomly or when there is an element of doubt about it.

I think you can get this done using the CSE or you can post them to CHC along with covering letter, file number and description of the contents of the pack. Do this after you receive your AOR. You should get an AOR in the next one month. If you don't get one, do not worry. Some applicants don't get an AOR. Still, you can go ahead and post your stuff . Good luck!

hi i just want to ask.. if you worked less than a year, what will you write in the annual salary?  is it the total salary i recvd for 10 months? or is it ok to just write my monthly salary? coz thats what my former employer did. is it alright? he just wrote my monthly salary. thanks!

I wrote my monthly salary , it appeared both in my contracts and reference letters. In my country annual salary is pretty uncommon as a definition. It only makes sence if you get uneven amount of money in a month time and you want to calculate an average of a year period. You could as well meantion your hourly salary, in my opinion it makes no differnce.

Pls what is going on and my NOC 3142 has not reached 250. And my application was received by KRZSWDA.Pls who could this person be, a man or an office?Plssss help I really need your input as I am getting nervous already.

my appliaction was rejected cos credit card could not be debited. I have resolved the issue but my cap has been reached. Can i still resubmit the same application in july? It seems they were already checking through as there are lots of markings on the forms and a letter was sent with it explaining why it was rejected. I was told to send the letter back with application should I choose to resubmit.

sorry to hear about ur rejection. However, as fare my knowledge, u can resubmit again in next July,2012 if ur NOC in the list. U just need to update ur financial documents (and if application form changed, u have to update that also) and then u have to send the rejection letter with ur new application.

its really a crual decision of cio but next time while u reaply,you have to pay fee by DD or BD.

Exactly.
Its call CTC (cost to company)/annum
as an example:
if your total monthly salary was Rs 20,000 Incl. all at xyz company but your did your job for 2 months than you can write down as follow;
My annual salary at xyz company : Rs 2,40,000 (12X 20000)/annum
My work experience at xyz company: 2 months .

Cap is not reached for you. Krzswda is a person who received mail in their mail room. Some of our applications were received by him.

It is unusually late for you as they are already processing mid december applications.

Please check you spam mail also to see if the PER email landed in spam. There is a possibility that it could happen.

How did you pay your fee ? DD or Credit Card? Sometimes there is a possiblity that credit card may not be debited if the transaction is declined by your credit card company.

They may take two to three weeks to reply to your email. Alternately, you can call them and find out what is the update for your applications.

God forbid, but in a worst case scenario, your application could be incomplete.
